EXECUTIVE MEETING CENTER-Dining
Everyone
remembers the food! It is critical to the success of any event!

- When the meeting is ready to
break, the break and meals are ready.
- We offer choices in dining: conferee dining, a private affair,
theme event and our carousel dining program
- Conferee-dining concept allows the planner to organize a program
without pre-selecting menus or making decisions regarding individual
banquet meals
A typical breakfast buffet includes: Assorted juices, fluffy scrambled
eggs, hash brown potatoes, bacon and sausage, pancakes. omelets,
waffles, breakfast breads, bagels, cold cereal, assorted fruit yogurts,
fresh seasonal sliced fruit, whole fruits and freshly brewed coffees.
Continuous refreshment breaks are kept replenished from 7:00am
to 5:00pm
A typical morning break includes: Freshly brewed coffees, flavored
coffee and specialty teas, assorted juices, assorted soft drinks,
assorted fruit yogurts, breakfast pastries, muffins and bagels,
cold cereal, fresh seasonal sliced fruit and whole fruits, breakfast
bars and a protein item for the low-carbohydrate dieter.
Lunch is served daily from 11:30am to 1:30pm. A typical buffet
includes: Soup du jour, salad bar with all the fixings, deli salad,
assorted cold salads, deli meats and cheese platter, assorted breads,
three hot entrees, vegetable, potato and “action” station,
beverages and a dessert station.
A twelve-day rotating menu ensures that guests do not eat the same
meal twice during an average stay.
Dinner is served from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Depending on your schedule
and the number of conferees, our conference planner suggests the
type of meal to best meet your group's agenda. This could be a four-course
dinner in the restaurant, a dinner buffet, a private theme event
or carousel dining.
